Coaching and Headteacher's Performance Management
Jackie has had several years experience as a SIP in a variety of schools with great success including facilitating the process of Headteacher's performance management.
She has supported many governing body performance management committees through the procedure. She can liaise between the governors and Headteacher to reach conclusions which are acceptable to and recognised by all.
A full report is drafted for approval following meetings with the Headteacher and Governors.
Coaching and Mentoring for Leaders
Headteachers and other senior leaders need regular quality conversations to help them reflect on their progress and give them confidential support. It is really valuable and constructive to get feedback and advice from someone who has done the job and who knows the pressures. Book a regular half-termly meeting to ensure you look after the well being of the leaders – and especially the Headteacher.
