Consultancy and Support

Jackie has been a very successful Headteacher and School Improvement Partner since 2003. She has an excellent track record in supporting school improvement from good to outstanding. The support can be tailored to meet your school's needs. References from satisfied schools are available.

 

Support for self evaluation.

Although it is not compulsory to complete a SEF (self evaluation form) it is excellent practice for continuing school improvement. Jackie can help validate your judgements about any aspect of your school's performance including data on outcomes, taeching and learning, parental engagement, curriculum etc.

 

Curriculum development.

An audit of learning in KS3 will be conducted followed by a series of meetings with a curriculum development team in order to develop a creative competency based curriculum that will engage your learners and prepare them for independent learning and high achievement at KS4.

 

Departmental review with full report.

If a subject or school faculty is underperforming, Jackie and her team will conduct a mini-inspection or review of the work in that area. This will include lesson observations, work scrutiny, learning walks and interviews with staff and students. A full report will give a judgement and provide an action plan for improvement.
